It’s your mind telling you to stop doing what you’re doing because your mind tries to protect you from uncertain outcomes.
This means that your mind isn’t supporting your decisions. Especially not when it means that you’re putting yourself outside of your comfort zone, into the danger zone.
This is a natural reaction of the mind. Fear is an emotion and there’s no human being alive that doesn’t have to deal with it.
Learn to pursue through fear and you’ll reach your goals.
The law of attraction means that you focus on the results that you’re after, instead of focusing on your fears.

Visualize every day for 5 minutes when you wake up and 5 minutes before going to bed.
Visualization is similar to meditation but with a different goal. Set an alarm for 5 minutes or longer. Lay down in a quiet place and close your eyes.
Focus on your breath. Feel a relaxation throughout your body. Follow your breath for about a minute. Then think about what you want to achieve. Now, imagine yourself as having already achieved this.
- What would you be doing?
- What would you be thinking?
- How would you feel?
- What do you look like?
- And What does your environment look like?
- What do you smell?
- Are there any sounds you can hear?
The key to manifesting the law of attraction is to focus on these questions with intention and focus.
Who do you need to become to get what you want? Use visualization to focus on this new persona you’ve created.
Tap into this feeling and you’ll notice that you become more confident with this new image. Shortly after you’ll see that your world is changing.
Let’s make sure there are no misunderstandings. It’s not going to be an overnight change. You’ve to practice this over and over until it becomes a habit.
But it’s the small habits in life that divide the successful people from the majority.

Think about what you could do if you had more money. You could give more to the less fortunate or provide more things for your family.
